We are pleased to share anotherĀ successful shipment of a customized 1500L fermentation tank and automatic keg washerĀ for one of our long-term brewery customers.
This is the customer’s second purchase of fermentation tanks from Tiantai Brewtech. As their beer sales continue to grow, they decided to expand their production capacity to meet increasing market demand. After evaluating their current brewery setup and future production plans, we worked closely with the customer to develop a solution that would maximize the available space while supporting their expansion goals.
One unique feature of this project is the brewery’s building structure. The customer has a relatively high ceiling, which provided an excellent opportunity to optimize the tank dimensions. Instead of using a standard fermenter design, our engineering team customized the tank to be taller and slimmer. This design allows the customer to make full use of the vertical space, increase production capacity, and save valuable floor space for future equipment additions and daily operations.
In addition to the 1500L fermenter, the customer also ordered an automatic keg washer and 100L CIP cart to improve cleaning efficiency and support the growing volume of beer production. The new equipment will help streamline brewery operations and reduce labor requirements during keg preparation.
