Platform Customization–Three Common Styles
To meet different safety and operational requirements, we regularly offer three types of platforms for the brewhouse:
- Checkered Plate
Features: surface with raised diamond pattern, non-slip, durable.
Advantages: thicker and sturdier than standard perforated plates, machine-drilled, good load-bearing capacity.
- Dimpled Perforated Plate(Fish Eye Plate)
Features: each hole has a dimple/countersink, provides both load-bearing an cushioning effects.
Advantages: better traction than perforated plates, allows drainage and airflow while maintaining strength.
- Grating Plate
Features: open-grid design, made of steel or stainless steel or plastic.
Advantages: good drainage and ventilation, lightweight but strong.
