500L Distillery Project–Project Requirements:
- In the perfect world, we are looking for a still that has the capabilities to do all spirits. We are starting with vodka and gin, but will quickly be looking to add rum, brandy and finally whiskey.
- We would be using steam for our heat source.
- While I am only looking for a still, we do need a cooker (what you call brewhouse??), and fermentation tanks sized for our new still so if you could quote those as well that would be great.
500L Distillery Project–Project Equipment:
- 500L Still with 3 sets of columns(4 trays+8 trays+8 trays)
- 500L Brewhouse(grain mash system, pre-distillation processing equipment)
Combined by a 500L mash/lauter tun, a 1000L hot liquor tank for water supply.
