2000L Distillery Equipment Brief Introduction

Distillery equipment consists of pot stills, hybrid stills and column stills.

• Pot Still: This is a dedicated model for batch distillation, preserving the authentic flavor of raw materials. It features a pot still, a custom-tilted Lynn arm, a condenser, and a safe.
• Hybrid Still: Supports both pot and column distillation, flexibly adapting to production needs. The gin basket with a bypass valve allows for easy start/stop of flavor extraction. High-purity spirits and flavor retention are easily achieved.
• Column Still: Suitable for industrial and large-scale commercial production, with alcohol content up to 95%. Multi-tray design precisely controls reflux, ensuring distillation stability. Optional bubble cap/sieve trays enhance gas-liquid contact and lock in the flavor of the raw materials.

This 2000L hybrid distillation system integrates copper traditional distilling structure with stainless steel auxiliary assemblies, designed for versatile craft spirit production, including whiskey, brandy, gin, brandy and rum. It balances the flavor-optimizing performance of copper and the durability & easy-clean advantage of stainless steel, meeting small-to-medium distillery commercial production demands.
