Equipment Introduction

I. Wet Milling System
The process begins with a wet milling system. Malt is first passed through cleaning stages to remove stones and ferrous impurities, effectively eliminating any contaminants that could disrupt equipment operation of final product quality. The cleaned malt is then mixed with water at 50℃ and steeped for 15-20 minutes. This conditioning step raises the malt’s moisture content to approximately 30%, optimizing it for the subsequent milling process in the twin-roller mill. The milling occurs simultaneously with the addition of mashing liquor, creating a mash. This wet milling method is particularly suited for large-volume, continuous brewing operations, ensuring efficiency and consistent grist quality.

These tanks are equipped with an automatic cooling system for precise temperature control throughout the fermentation cycle.
