10000KL Annual Beer Production Project


 
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a major beer production project located in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. This project facility is designed with an annual production capacity of approximately 10 million liters of beer.
The successful delivery of this project marks another milestone in our expertise and capability in handling large-scale commercial brewing ventures. It further strengthens our portfolio and demonstrate our commitment to excellence in the industry.

Equipment Introduction

 
I. Wet Milling System
The process begins with a wet milling system. Malt is first passed through cleaning stages to remove stones and ferrous impurities, effectively eliminating any contaminants that could disrupt equipment operation of final product quality. The cleaned malt is then mixed with water at 50℃ and steeped for 15-20 minutes. This conditioning step raises the malt’s moisture content to approximately 30%, optimizing it for the subsequent milling process in the twin-roller mill. The milling occurs simultaneously with the addition of mashing liquor, creating a mash. This wet milling method is particularly suited for large-volume, continuous brewing operations, ensuring efficiency and consistent grist quality.

The brewhouse is one of the most critical components in beer production. Its design must strictly adhere to the mashing process to ensure optimal wort quality, which directly impacts fermentation, filtration performance and the final taste profile of the beer.

III. Fermentation Unit

 
Fermentation is a critical process in beer production, involving complex biochemical reactions with yeast. This process typically utilizes indoor or outdoor cylindrical conical fermentation tanks. These tanks are equipped with an automatic cooling system for precise temperature control throughout the fermentation cycle.
Independent fully integrated CIP system equipped, ensuring comprehensive, dead-angle-free cleaning and sterilization to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. The configuration of fermentation tanks-including their specifications and quantities--is customized based on factors such as the fermentation cycle for different beer styles, production volume ratios, and brewing batch schedules.
