1. Automatic Bottle Unscrambler or Air Conveyor

Efficiently delivers empty bottles into the rinsing unit.

Options available based on PET or glass bottle packaging. Adjustable for different sizes.

2. 3-in-1 Beer Filler (Rinse / Fill / Cap)

The heart of the line, integrating three processes into one compact unit:

Rinsing (32 heads): Internal spray cleaning with ionized water or sterile water

Filling (32 heads): Gravity or pressure-based filling (based on drink type)

Capping (10 heads): Crown caps, twist-off caps, or plastic screw caps

3. Automatic Cap Loader (Optional)
