This 200L brewery equipment features a two-vessel brewhouse with dedicated HLT, combined with a complete fermentation and glycol cooling system.
It is designed for recipe testing, pilot brewing, process validation, and small-batch production, while closely replicating commercial brewing operations.

This is a 200L 2-vessel brewhouse, which is the classic combination of mash/lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tun+hot water tank.
The whole system is designed and installed on a portable trolley with four wheels for the convenience of moving, you can feel free to brew beer and put it anywhere you want after the brewing process.
Top-opened glass manholes are easy for observing and operating.
The white box on the very left is the control panel, which can be customized into this painting or completely stainless steel one for your preference.

Here are the fermenters put on the other trolley, the number of fermenters can be customized for your requirements, it could be one or two or three, four, usually depend on the types of beer you want to brew.
Although this is a pilot brewery system, all the components and parts, valves and fittings are included in this system just like the normal sizes of brewery equipment.
