1200L Two Vessel Brewery Equipment Brief Introduction
The 1200L two-vessel brewery equipment is widely used in growing microbreweries and brewpubs. The brewhouse consists of a Mash/Lauter Tun and a Kettle/Whirlpool Tun. Mashing and lautering are completed in one vessel, while wort boiling and whirlpool clarification are carried out in the second vessel, ensuring a smooth and efficient brewing process with optimized space utilization.
This brewery equipment configuration is suitable for breweries planning one brew per day as standard operation. With proper scheduling, a second brew can be achieved with an interval of approximately 12–14 hours, making this brewery equipment a flexible solution for moderate production expansion.
1200L Brewery Equipment Specifications
Depending on fermentation time and beer styles, the 1200L brewery equipment is commonly matched with six 2400L fermentation tanks or twelve 1200L fermentation tanks. Mixed fermentation tank configurations are also available to support diversified production planning.
In addition to the brewhouse, the complete brewery equipment package includes a control system (manual or automatic), malt milling system, CIP system, cooling system, steam heating system, and compressed air system etc., providing a reliable turnkey brewery solution.
