The 20BBL brewery equipment system mainly includes:

This configuration supports continuous brewing, efficient lautering, precise wort boiling, and stable fermentation management.

Brewery Equipment by Tiantai installed with State 48 Brewery. Tiantai set up a complete 20BBL four-vessel craft brewery equipment system. The project was designed for commercial-scale brewery equipment brewing, focusing on high efficiency, stable operation, and long-term production capacity.

Four-Vessel Brewhouse Design

The four-vessel brewhouse allows multiple brewing steps to run in parallel, improving brewhouse efficiency and daily output. Steam heating provides stable temperature control during mashing and boiling, while the separate whirlpool ensures good trub separation and clear wort transfer.

Hop dosing is carried out directly in the boiling kettle, supporting a wide range of beer styles including lagers, IPAs, and seasonal beers.

Fermentation and Cellar System

The 40BBL conical fermenters are equipped with glycol cooling pipelines, allowing precise temperature control throughout fermentation and conditioning. The large-volume brite beer tank supports beer clarification, carbonation, and preparation for packaging.

This cellar configuration is designed to meet the production demands of a busy commercial brewery.

Installation and Commissioning

After equipment manufacturing and shipment, the brewery tanks were transported to site and placed according to the pre-designed layout. TIANTAI provided local installation support, including positioning, piping connection, and system commissioning.

Following installation, the brewery entered test brewing and production phases successfully.

Brewery Operation

With the new 20BBL brewery equipment, State 48 Brewery produces a variety of beers, including lagers and IPAs, and operates both production and customer-facing brewery spaces. The system supports stable brewing performance and consistent beer quality.
