In 2021, TIANTAI cooperated with Andong Brewing Co. to establish a complete 30HL beer brewing equipment system in South Korea.
Andong Brewing Co. is known for producing high-quality craft beers with strong local character. As production demand increased, the brewery required a reliable and scalable commercial beer brewing equipment solution to expand capacity while preserving brewing precision.
The 30HL four-vessel brewhouse design allows independent control of mashing, lautering, boiling, and whirlpool processes. Steam heating ensures even wort heating, strong boiling intensity, and stable thermal efficiency. Compared with smaller systems, this 30HL beer brewing equipment significantly improves production efficiency and batch turnover.
By combining 30HL and 60HL fermenters, the brewery gains flexible fermentation management, enabling both core products and seasonal releases to be produced simultaneously.
Manufacturing, Delivery, and Installation
All 30HL beer brewing equipment was manufactured in TIANTAIās production facility under strict quality control standards.
TIANTAI not only supplied the complete brewery equipment but also provided local installation services in South Korea. Our installation engineers were on-site throughout the project to ensure:
Accurate positioning of brewhouse vessels
Proper integration of fermentation tanks
Stable steam heating connections
Safe commissioning of the cooling and CIP systems
Correct setup of the bright beer tank and kegging line
In addition to installation, we provided operational training for the Andong Brewing Co. team. This ensured that their staff could confidently operate and maintain the new beer brewing equipment from the very first batch.
After commissioning, Andong Brewing Co. began full production using the 30HL beer brewing equipment system.
