The 1000L beer brewing equipment system includes:

–Malt milling and raw material handling system
–1000L two-vessel brewhouse with hot water tank

–Glycol cooling system and auxiliary brewery equipment

We are proud to share an early and important brewery for TIANTAI, the installation of 1000L beer brewing equipment for Coda Brewing in the USA. This project marked TIANTAI’s first beer brewing equipment installation in the United States and became a foundation for our future development in the craft brewing market.

Coda Brewing chose TIANTAI to build their brewpub system, focusing on practical design, stable operation, and long-term usability. During this project, both sides gained valuable experience through close communication and cooperation, which helped establish many technical standards that TIANTAI continues to use in later projects.

Although we have not met again in person since Coda Brewing visited our factory, we continue to follow their brewing journey across the Pacific. It is always exciting to see a variety of beers produced from this 1000L beer brewing equipment system in the USA.

Design Communication and Project Preparation

Before production began, extensive communication was carried out by email to finalize the equipment design. Clear understanding and detailed discussion were essential for this international cooperation, especially for a craft brewery project. The design process was a combination of brewing experience from the brewer and technical expertise from the brewery equipment manufacturer.

After confirming the final design, production of the 1000L beer equipment started in TIANTAI’s workshop. At the same time, the brewery building construction in the USA was carried out in parallel, including floor drainage, electrical systems, and water supply layout. Proper brewery planning ensured the beer brewing equipment could be installed smoothly upon arrival.

Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning

After a long journey, the complete beer brewing system arrived in the USA and was installed on site. Following installation and commissioning, the brewery was ready for production, marking the official start of beer brewing with the new system.
