We are excited to share the successful setup of NAT. BREW, a craft brewery in Japan, which upgraded its brewing process with a 300L beer brewery equipment system supplied by TIANTAI. Designed for small-batch craft beer production, the 300L system provides reliable, compact, and professional solutions. With TIANTAI beer brewery equipment, NAT. BREW can brew efficiently in a limited space while maintaining high quality and consistency.
The layout was designed based on the site drawing, and a 3D brewery equipment plan was provided to facilitate inspection and installation.
Manufacturing, Delivery, and Installation
All 300L beer brewery equipment was manufactured at TIANTAIās workshop in China and shipped safely to Japan. Upon arrival, NAT. BREW successfully installed the system following the provided 3D drawing and layout design. The installation included precise placement of brewhouse and fermentation tanks, piping connection, and commissioning of the cooling and cleaning systems.
Brewery Operation
NAT. BREW started brewing its first batch in early 2023. With the 300L beer brewery equipment, the brewery produces craft beer efficiently with consistent quality. The system supports the full brewing process from mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, to beer clarification.
