Bay Boys Brewing officially launched with a TIANTAI 7BBL steam-heated brewery equipment system in Tracy, California. This project was designed for a growing craft brewery, focusing on reliable steam heating, efficient fermentation, and compliance with US electrical and safety standards.
Delivery and Installation
After approximately 30 days of shipping, all brewery equipment arrived safely at the site. The brewery features a spacious production area, providing good working conditions for brewhouse operation, fermentation management, and future equipment additions.
Once the equipment arrived, installation and system checks were carried out step by step. After final inspections and commissioning, the brewery was cleared for brewing and officially entered production.
Brewery Launch and Operation
Bay Boys Brewing is operated by two passionate brewers from the Bay Area, dedicated to producing high-quality craft beer. With the support of the 7BBL beer brewing system, the brewery can maintain consistent brewing results while experimenting with different beer styles.
In addition to craft beer, the brewery also serves popular Hawaiian BBQ, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for friends, family, and local customers.
Brewery Expansion
Following the successful launch, Bay Boys Brewing continued to expand its production capacity. The brewery added:
New 7BBL beer fermenters
15BBL fermentation tanks
Horizontal brite beer tanks
With this expansion, even more craft beer varieties are being produced, supporting the breweryās growing customer base.
