Bucket Brigade Brewery officially launched with a TIANTAI 7BBL brewery system in the USA. This project was designed to support stable daily brewing while offering flexibility for different beer styles and future production growth.
The complete brewery equipment system was supplied by TIANTAI, covering brewhouse, fermentation, control, and auxiliary units.
Brewery System Manufacturing and Delivery
All brewery equipment was manufactured and tested in TIANTAIās workshop before shipment. Each unit was inspected to ensure proper welding quality, pressure resistance, and control system performance.
After production, the brewery equipment was shipped to the USA and delivered to the brewery site in New Jersey, where it entered the installation phase.
Installation and Commissioning
The installation was carried out according to the pre-designed layout and technical drawings. After completing installation, the system went through commissioning and operational checks to ensure stable performance of the brewhouse, fermenters, and control systems.
Once installation was completed, Bucket Brigade Brewery officially entered production with its new 7BBL brewery equipment system.
