In October 2020, TIANTAI had the pleasure of working with YamBak BrewW in Mexico to design and install a 5BBL two vessel beer brewing system at their brewery(1BBL = 117L). The project aimed to create a reliable and efficient brewhouse that would support stable production and future growth.
The owner of YamBak BrewW, Mr. Jose, discovered TIANTAI while searching for brewery equipment manufacturers online and contacted us through our website. From the very beginning, we discussed key project details, including monthly beer production capacity, brewhouse heating options, and building layout. The communication progressed smoothly thanks to Mr. Jose’s professionalism and strong understanding of brewery equipment. During this period, he also learned that one of his colleagues, Mr. Diego, owner of Falling Piano Beer Brewery, had previously purchased and successfully installed a 10BBL brewery system from TIANTAI. After visiting the Falling Piano Beer Brewery in person, Mr. Jose was impressed by the system design, build quality, and overall performance.
After two months of detailed discussions and technical confirmation, Mr. Jose placed the order in December 2020 for his 5BBL two vessel beer brewing system. The complete system included:

-1 set Steam-Heated 5BBL Two Vessel Brewhouse with 10BBL Hot Liquor Tank
-4 sets 10BBL Fermentation Unitanks
-2 sets 10BBL Bright Beer Tanks
-1 set Glycol Chilling Unit
-1 set 100L Portable CIP Cart
-1 set Automatic Keg Rinser
After approximately 40 days of transportation, the 5BBL two vessel beer brewing system arrived in Mexico safely and on schedule. The unloading process was completed smoothly at the brewery site, with all equipment carefully handled and inspected to ensure it was ready for the next installation stage.
YamBak BrewW did an excellent job during the installation process. Although the installation was challenging and required careful coordination and technical understanding, their team handled every step with great professionalism and successfully completed the installation.
In 2021, YamBak BrewW officially opened its brewery and successfully brewed its first batch of beer using the 5BBL 2 vessel beer brewing system. The system performed reliably during commissioning and initial production, delivering stable operation and consistent brewing results.
The freshly brewed beer marked an important milestone for the project and reflected the successful collaboration between YamBak BrewW and TIANTAI.
