This 5BBL (600L) brewery equipment project was shipped to Mexico at the end of June. It was designed for a craft brewery and brewpub application, focusing on practicality, stable performance, and long-term operation.
To be honest, I really like Mexico. Although I have never visited Mexico in person, I have communicated frequently with many Mexican brewery customers through phone calls, video meetings, emails, and social media. Over the years, their wit, humor, openness, and friendliness have left a deep and lasting impression on me. Mexican brewers are passionate about beer quality and very open to discussing technical details of the beer brewery equipment, which makes every conversation enjoyable and meaningful.
Front View of 5BBL Brewery Equipment

This brewery equipment features a simple, practical, and steam-heated 5BBL brewhouse, designed for stable operation and easy maintenance. The system configuration is compact, making it suitable for breweries with limited space while still maintaining professional brewing performance.
The brewhouse piping work has been completed by our experienced workers. All pipes are arranged clearly, with smooth wort flow paths and proper slopes, which helps reduce dead corners and makes cleaning more efficient. A clean piping layout is very important for long-term brewery operation and consistent beer quality.

A sight glass is installed to allow brewers to check wort clarity during lautering, which is an important step to ensure good beer quality and stable brewing results.

600L Fermentation Tanks
The 600L fermentation tanks are designed with stability, durability, and cooling efficiency in mind.
The glycol water inlet is located in the cone, the glycol water outlet is positioned on the side wall.
This cooling design allows even temperature control during fermentation and helps improve yeast performance. The tanks are supported by three legs, reinforced with support pipes, which provides excellent stability during fermentation, cleaning, and operation.

For 5BBL fermentation vessels, we usually apply top manhole and top door design.
The reasons are:
The diameter of a 5BBL fermenter is relatively small, Side manholes may cause deformation during welding.
Side manholes are single-layer structures, which are not ideal for heat preservation on small-volume tanks.
Happy Customer In the Brewery

Customer satisfaction is always our goal. Seeing a happy customer in the brewery is the best confirmation of our work, from design and manufacturing to final inspection and delivery. We believe that good communication and practical engineering solutions are the key to successful brewery projects.
