In 2020, TIANTAI had the pleasure of working with Cervecería 11 Sep in Mexico to design and install a 5BBL brewery equipment at their brewery(1BBL = 117L). The project aimed to create a reliable and efficient brewing system that would support stable production and future growth.
This 5BBL brewery equipment mainly includes:
–Malt milling machine
–5BBL two vessels brewhouse with 7BBL hot liquor tank
–5BBL beer fermenter
–5BBL bright beer tank
–Glycol cooling system
–Separate brewhouse and fermentation control cabinet,
–US standard 1/6bbl beer kegs etc.
This configuration is commonly used in smaller breweries and brewpubs where a simplified brewing process is desired. Normally single batch of beer brewing per day is expected to be conducted with this two vessel brewhouse, two batches could also work with longer working time.
Production and testing of the 5BBL brewery equipment have been completed, and it is now ready to be packed and shipped. We look forward to your surprise and satisfaction upon receiving it.
