When we received our first inquiry from Mr. Nicolas in 2019, he shared with us a clear and inspiring vision: to open a 500L Restaurant Brewery Equipment in his hometown of Grenoble, France, where fresh, locally brewed beer could be enjoyed alongside great food. From that very first email, we understood that this project was not just about equipment, but about turning a brewing dream into reality.
After detailed discussions about brewing capacity, available space, budget, and future development plans, a 500L Restaurant Brewery Equipment was identified as the ideal solution for Brasserie Neptune. From Planning to Brewing – A Two-Year Journey
From the first inquiry to the moment when four fermentation tanks began their brewing process, the project took nearly two years. During this time, both sides faced numerous challenges. These included site approval delays, budget constraints, the global COVID-19 pandemic, rising international shipping costs, and travel restrictions that prevented our engineers from being on site.
Despite these obstacles, the project continued step by step. Through regular communication, detailed documentation, and remote technical support, we worked closely with Nicolas to ensure that every stage of the project moved forward smoothly.
500L Restaurant Brewery Equipment Successful Installation & First Brews
Today, the 500L brewing system at Brasserie Neptune has been successfully installed and commissioned. The brewhouse operates efficiently, the fermentation tanks perform reliably, and the brewery has already started fermenting four different beer styles. Seeing the system running smoothly and helping a local brewery come to life is truly rewarding for our entire team.
