This 500L micro brewery is designed as a complete brewing solution, covering brewhouse operations, fermentation, cleaning, control, and packaging. The system uses electric heating, making it especially suitable for locations where steam boilers are not preferred or where electrical heating provides better control and easier installation.

500L Brewhouse Configuration

The brewhouse adopts a classic and efficient layout, consisting of:

• 500L Mash/Lauter Tun (1 set) – Designed for stable mashing performance and efficient lautering.
• 500L Kettle/Whirlpool Tun (1 set) – Used for wort boiling, hop additions, and whirlpool separation.
• 500L Hot Water Tank (1 set) – Supplies hot brewing water to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
• Non-slip Work Platform (1 set) – Provides safe and convenient access for brewers during operation.

To ensure hygienic operation and reliable liquid transfer, the system is equipped with two sanitary centrifugal pumps (LYSF), complete sanitary piping, and a full set of valves and fittings. Wort cooling is handled by a 6㎡ plate heat exchanger (304 stainless steel, NANHUA), supported by a manual wort cooling station and a dedicated wort aeration station to ensure healthy yeast fermentation.

Additional brewhouse features include a 15L glass wort grant, pipe filter, and glass manholes and doors with customized logo, combining functionality with a professional and attractive appearance.

Fermentation Unit

The fermentation section includes:

• 500L Fermentation Tanks / Unitanks (2 sets) – Suitable for both primary fermentation and conditioning.
• 5L Hops Pressure-Preserving Dry Hop Tank (1 set) – Enables safe and efficient dry hopping.
• Carbonation Stones and Ports (2 units) – For precise carbonation control.
• Bunging Valves (2 sets) – Used to manage fermentation pressure and flavor development.

This fermentation setup allows the brewer to produce multiple beer styles with consistent quality and flexible scheduling.

Electric Control and CIP System

The brewery is equipped with a dedicated brewhouse control cabinet, providing centralized control over key brewing operations. While maintaining simplicity, the system ensures stable performance and easy operation for small brewery teams.

For cleaning and sanitation, a portable CIP pump with VFD control is included. This allows effective cleaning of brewhouse vessels and fermentation tanks while optimizing water and chemical usage.

Bottle Filling Machine

To support small-scale packaging needs, the system includes a 4-station semi-automatic bottle filling machine, ideal for craft breweries focusing on bottled beer distribution.
