As they also do with-grain distilling sometimes, so the tubes heat exchanger is equipped in case of blocking when the wort is cooling instead of regular plate heat exchanger in beer brewing systems.500L distillery equipment

500L Fermenters-— the two tanks on right side are standard conical ones for fermenting clear mashing liquid.
And the one on left side is flat bottom one with agitator for mixing when there are substances remained in the liquid. 500L distillery equipment

Based on requests, the condenser and main pipeline are also made of red copper(standard are stainless steel), which makes the machine looks very nice totally.

The control panel, which we designed and manufactured in-house, is best suited for this 5BBL distillery equipment. It not only offers flexible and user-friendly operation but also meets UL certification requirements for the U.S. market. 500L distillery equipment

We typically recommend two chillers for two key reasons:

1. Energy efficiency: During periods of high cooling demand—such as when wort cooling and fermentation occur simultaneously—both chillers operate together for optimal efficiency. When demand is lower, such as cooling only one or two fermenters, one chiller alone is sufficient. 500L distillery equipment

2. Backup capability: If one chiller malfunctions, the other can continue operating to prevent production delays, especially during critical stages like immediate wort cooling.
