500L brewery equipment supplied by TIANTAI recently helped our valued customer Jodoco Belgian Bistro open their brewery in Ecuador. We are excited to share their story and hope it can inspire ideas for your own brewery projects.
In 2023, we received an inquiry from Jodoco Belgian Bistro regarding brewery equipment and began discussions to determine their specific requirements. After detailed consultations, we finalized the configuration of a 500L three-vessel brewing system.
This 500L brewery equipment system includes:
–Malt milling unit
–500L three-vessel brewhouse with a 1000L hot liquor tank
–500L fermentation tanks
–500L bright beer tanks
–Glycol cooling system
–Control panel for brewhouse and fermentation management
–100L CIP system, including an alkali tank, sterile water tank, and other components
After production, the complete system was prepared for shipment from the TIANTAI factory.
Successful Arrival and Installation of 500L Brewery Equipment in Ecuador
After approximately 40 days of sea transportation, the 500L brewery equipment safely arrived in Ecuador. Upon arrival, the equipment was carefully unloaded and inspected, ensuring that every component remained in perfect condition. The installation at Jodoco Belgian Bistro went smoothly under the supervision of TIANTAI engineers, with all brewhouse, fermentation, and bright beer tanks precisely positioned and properly connected. The system was successfully commissioned, ready to brew the first batch of high-quality craft beer.
