After completion of production, the 500L brewery equipment for Wobbly Chook Brewing Co was fully assembled and inspected at the TIANTAI factory. All vessels and components were carefully checked to ensure they met the project specifications, including welding quality, surface finish, and overall workmanship.
Before shipment, the system was neatly arranged in the workshop for final inspection and documentation, allowing the customer to clearly review the equipment configuration. Once confirmed, the equipment was securely prepared for packing and export, ensuring safe transportation to Australia.
Once the equipment passed final inspection, the complete 500L brewery system was carefully packed and loaded at the TIANTAI factory. Each tank and accessory was professionally protected using appropriate packing methods to prevent movement and damage during transportation.
The container loading process was carried out in an organized and controlled manner, with equipment securely fixed inside the container to ensure stability throughout the long-distance sea shipment to Australia. After approximately 30 days of sea transportation, the 500L brewery equipment safely arrived in Australia. Upon arrival, the equipment was carefully unloaded and inspected, ensuring that every component remained in perfect condition. The installation at Wobbly Chook Brewing Co went smoothly under the supervision of TIANTAI engineers, with all brewhouse, fermentation, and bright beer tanks precisely positioned and properly connected. The system was successfully commissioned, ready to brew the first batch of high-quality craft beer.
