In 2019, TIANTAI successfully completed a 5000L brewery equipment project for Cerveza Canita in the Dominican Republic. The project was designed to support stable beer production, efficient operation, and future expansion, providing a reliable brewing solution tailored to the client’s production goals and local market needs.
The 5000L brewery equipment for this project was manufactured and assembled at TIANTAI’s factory.
The complete brewing system included the following main systems and components:
– Malt milling system
– 5000L three-vessel brewhouse
– 100HL beer fermenters
– 150HL beer fermenters
– 150HL bright beer tank
– Brewery CIP, keg washer and filler machine etc
After approximately 30 days of sea transportation, the 5,000L beer brewing equipment arrived safely in the Dominican Republic. Upon arrival at the brewery site, the equipment was carefully unloaded and prepared for the next stage of installation.
The brewhouse and fermentation tanks are currently under installation at the brewery site. The installation process includes precise positioning of the brewhouse vessels, secure connection of piping and valves, and careful alignment of the fermentation tanks to ensure stable operation. Each step is carried out according to the project plan and technical requirements, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming commissioning and brewing stages.
The 5000L brewery equipment has been successfully installed at Cerveza Canita. Following installation and commissioning, the brewery smoothly completed its first brewing batch, with all systems operating reliably and as designed. The successful first brew marked an important milestone for the project and demonstrated the stability, efficiency, and performance of the complete brewing system.
