He shared many valuable technical insights and practical ideas based on real brewing experience, which helped shape a brewhouse that is not only efficient, but also perfectly aligned with the brewery’s production philosophy.
One Year of Detailed Planning and Collaboration
It took nearly one full year to finalize all details of this 40HL Beer Brewery Equipment. During this period, we had extensive discussions covering brewhouse parameters, process flow, tank design, piping layout, automation logic, and future scalability.
To ensure everything was fully aligned, Sébastien and Julien visited our factory in China before placing the order. They stayed in our city for several days, allowing us to communicate face to face, review drawings together, and refine every technical detail. Inspection Before Delivery Of 40HL Beer Brewery Equipment
To avoid any possible misunderstanding, Sébastien personally came to our factory to conduct a full inspection before delivery. The inspection lasted approximately three days, during which we carefully checked every tank, weld, valve, pipe connection, and control function.
Although it was a demanding process, it was also extremely rewarding. Completing such a detailed inspection together ensured complete transparency and confidence before shipment, and the customer left fully satisfied with the final result.
Installation and First Brew Of 40HL Beer Brewery Equipment in France
After delivery, our engineer traveled to France to assist with on-site installation and commissioning. The entire installation process took around 20 days, including tank positioning, piping connection, control system setup, and system testing.
With everything in place, the brewery was finally ready to start its first brew — an exciting moment after months of preparation and collaboration.
