300L Craft Beer Brewing Equipment Project Overview
Hakuba Beer Garage is located in the northern part of Hakuba Valley in Japan, directly connected to the Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort Kane Naru Oka slope. It is a taproom brewery where visitors can enjoy freshly brewed craft beer while overlooking the magnificent Northern Alps.
The brewer, born and raised in this snowy region of Japan, wanted a compact yet professional craft beer brewing equipment solution to produce small batches with high flavor consistency.
The 300L craft beer brewing equipment system was selected as the perfect balance between production capacity and space utilization. Designed specifically for a brewpub operation, the system supports on-site brewing while creating an engaging experience for customers.
Design, Manufacturing, and Installation
Before production, TIANTAI provided detailed layout planning based on the breweryās building dimensions. The customized fermenter size and 90-degree cone bottom were specially designed to match the limited installation height.
All craft beer brewing equipment was manufactured under strict quality standards. After delivery to Japan, the equipment was successfully installed and commissioned.
Once installation was completed, Hakuba Beer Garage was ready to begin its first brewing experience using the 300L craft beer brewing system.
This project highlights how well-engineered microbrewery equipment can seamlessly integrate into tourism-oriented brewery spaces.
