Project Overview Of 200L Beer Brewing System
This project features a 200L Beer Brewing System recently delivered to our customer in Brisbane, Australia, and now ready for installation. Designed as a compact yet complete brewing solution, the system covers the full brewing process—from raw material preparation to water treatment—making it ideal for pilot breweries, brewpubs, startup craft breweries, and recipe development facilities.
Tiantai Brewery Company provided a turnkey brewing solution, including system design, equipment manufacturing, inspection, packing, and international shipment. From the initial inquiry to on-site delivery, the entire project was completed within approximately 90 days.
200L Beer Brewing System Project Timeline & Engineering Stages
To ensure efficiency and quality, the project followed a structured engineering and manufacturing process:
1. 200L Beer Brewing System Layout & Technical Drawings (7–14 Days)
Once the order was confirmed, Tiantai’s engineering team immediately began confirming the brewery layout based on the customer’s site conditions and production plan. Detailed technical drawings for tanks, piping connections, and utilities were prepared and submitted for customer approval. Manufacturing only commenced after final confirmation, ensuring full alignment with project requirements.
2. 200L Beer Brewing System Fabrication & Quality Control (70–80 Days)
After drawings approval, material sourcing and component preparation began. The fabrication process covered all stages, including tank body forming, jacket installation, inner tank assembly, pipeline connections, and welding.
Throughout production, multiple inspections and tests were conducted—from inner tank integrity checks to complete system inspection. Final steps included accessory installation, surface finishing, polishing, and detailed quality verification to ensure long-term durability and brewing performance.
3. 200L Beer Brewing System Shipment Arrangement & Logistics
Once production neared completion, Tiantai arranged vessel booking and prepared all required export and customs documentation. For this 200L brewing system, a 20-foot container was sufficient to safely load and transport all equipment to Australia.

200L Beer Brewing System Heating Method: Direct Fire Brewing System
Heating method selection is a critical consideration when designing a brewhouse. Options typically include electric heating, steam heating, and direct fire heating. The optimal choice depends on factors such as brewhouse size, available utilities, local energy costs, and operational preferences.
For this project, direct fire (gas) heating was selected. This method remains popular in regions where electricity costs are high or steam generators are not readily available. Tiantai’s gas-fired system features a closed combustion chamber, ensuring safe operation, stable heat transfer, and effective temperature control within the brewhouse environment.
