Microbrasserie Deux Béliers has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of its 2000L Craft Brewery Equipment , marking an exciting milestone in its brewing journey. This modern brewery project was fully supplied by TIANTAI, including the complete brewery system and on-site installation instruction service, ensuring that every stage—from planning to the first brew—was carried out smoothly and professionally.

The brewery is equipped with a 20HL brewhouse featuring pneumatic valves for precise and efficient operation, along with four sets of 2000L unitank beer fermenters. A PLC touch screen control system allows the brewing team to monitor and manage the entire brewing process with accuracy and ease. From mashing and lautering to boiling and fermentation, the system is designed to deliver consistent quality while maintaining flexibility for different beer styles.

Before 2000L Craft Brewery Equipment installation began, careful attention was given to preparing suitable spaces for the beer equipment. A well-designed brewhouse layout is essential not only for smooth production flow, but also for safety, cleanliness, and future expansion. Once boiling was complete, the wort was transferred into the fermenters, and the first fermentation officially began. Thanks to the unitank fermenters, fermentation and maturation can take place in the same vessel, improving efficiency and maintaining beer quality.

After fermentation, the team carefully checked the carbonation level of the beer, washed the kegs, and prepared for filling. While the process may appear simple, each step requires time, patience, and attention to detail. Finally, the brewed beer was loaded, labeling and wrapping equipment was put into operation, and the first finished beers were ready to be enjoyed—a proud and rewarding moment for the entire team.
