This project features a complete 1500L beer brewery system delivered to East West Brewing, one of Vietnam’s most respected craft breweries.
I.) About East West Brewing With 1500L Brewery System
East West Brewing was founded by three young entrepreneurs from different countries who shared the same enthusiasm for quality craft beer.
Their goal was simple: to brew exceptional beer that everyone can enjoy.
Years of dedication, creativity, and focus on quality have transformed East West Brewing from a start-up brewery into a well-recognized brand.
Today, their beers are enjoyed widely across Vietnam, supported by a growing network of brewery locations.
Located across major cities including Saigon, Da Nang, and Quy Nhon and has become a symbol of modern craft beer culture in Vietnam.

II.) 1500L Brewery System Configuration
The brewery selected a fully customized 15HL beer brewing system, which includes:
-Malt milling machine
-15HL two-vessel brewhouse with steam heating
-30HL hot liquor tank
-15HL stainless steel conical fermenters
-15HL brite beer tank
-100L copper pilot brewing system for recipe development
-CIP cleaning system
-Central control panel
-Keg washer & keg filler unit
as well as necessary valves and fittings.
The combination of a full-scale brewhouse and a copper pilot system allows the brewery to produce both commercial batches and small-scale test brews with great flexibility.
III.) Production & Installation Of 1500L Brewery System
All brewery equipment was manufactured in Tiantai’s workshop under strict quality standards, then were carefully assembled, tested, and shipped to Vietnam, where the brewery team successfully installed and commissioned the brewery system.
Alongside the main brewhouse, the 100L copper pilot system adds a unique charm—both functionally and visually—supporting experimental brews, seasonal releases, and limited-edition products. With the new brewhouse fully operational, East West Brewing continues to expand its offerings and strengthen its presence in Vietnam’s growing craft beer market.
