We are delighted to share one of Tiantai’s successful brewery equipment projects in France — a 1500L Brewery Equipment installed at Brasserie Aérofab, completed and commissioned in March. This project represents another milestone for Tiantai in supporting craft breweries across Europe with reliable, efficient, and well-designed brewing solutions.

Project Overview Of 1500L Brewery Equipment
Brasserie Aérofab is a passionate and fast-growing craft brewery in France, and from the early planning stage, the client was looking for a medium-capacity brewing system that could support consistent beer quality while allowing flexibility for future growth. After detailed discussions regarding production goals, space layout, and workflow, a 1500L beer brewing system was selected as the most suitable solution.
The equipment was designed, manufactured, tested, and delivered by Tiantai Brewery Equipment, with a strong focus on functionality, ease of operation, and long-term stability.

This configuration allows the brewery to handle flexible batch sizes, efficient fermentation scheduling, and reliable temperature control, which are essential for producing a wide variety of beer styles.

Installation & Commissioning Process Of 1500L Brewery Equipment
The installation process was carried out smoothly and efficiently. All tanks were delivered with clear labeling and detailed installation drawings, which helped reduce installation time on site. The separated control cabinet design allowed the brewhouse and cellar operations to be managed independently, improving operational clarity and safety.
Our technical team provided remote guidance and documentation support during installation, ensuring that piping connections, glycol lines, and electrical wiring were completed correctly. After installation, the system underwent a full commissioning process, including pressure testing, temperature calibration, and control logic verification.
The brewery team quickly became familiar with the operation of the system, and the first test brews were completed successfully, marking the official start of production.

The three-vessel brewhouse enables flexible brewing schedules, while the combination of 1500L and 3000L fermenters allows staggered fermentation and improved tank utilization.
