10HL Microbrewery System in Australia-Boundary Island Brewery

The Boundary Island Brewery at Mandurah Marina Resort was born into two Mandurah families who loved great beer, great food and a great ambiance summer or winter. In 2022, we had a lot of discussions on the issue of 10HL microbrewery system, and finally Tiantai supported Boundary Island Brewery to build a dream brewery together.

–800L grist silo
–20HL hot liquor tank

–2sets x 10HL beer fermenter

After approximately 70 days of meticulous production, the equipment is now fully completed and ready for shipment. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure top-tier quality and performance, reflecting our commitment to excellence in brewing technology. As part of their custom requirements, we designed and installed glass manholes featuring their brewery’s distinctive logo. These glass manholes not only serve as functional access points for the fermentation vessels but also act as a striking visual element that showcases the brewery’s identity.

Fermentation tank and brite tank finished production and ready for delivery. These tanks have been carefully crafted to meet the highest standards of quality, ensuring optimal performance for the brewing process. We are excited to see them make their way to their new home, where they will play a key role in producing exceptional beer!

After 30 days of shipping, the brewing plant has finally arrived at Marina Quay Drive! The excitement is palpable as the containers are unloaded, and we can see the brewery equipment beginning its journey to its new home. In the photo below, you can see our customer carefully unloading the equipment from the container, marking the beginning of a new chapter for Boundary Island Brewery. It’s an exciting moment, and we can’t wait to see the system in action!

We are pleased to share that the brewery system has been successfully installed by our customer. During the installation, we provided relevant installation document and online support. It’s fantastic to see everything come together smoothly, and we’re excited to see the system in operation at its new home!
