Tiantai had the pleasure of supporting Slow Lane Brewing with a complete 10BBL Two Vessel Brewery Equipment system (1BBL = 117L). Designed to support both stable commercial production and recipe experimentation, the brewery features a flexible setup tailored to Slow Lane Brewing’s goals.
The project includes a 10BBL two-vessel brewhouse, along with a full range of auxiliary and cellar equipment, such as a malt milling machine, 20BBL open top fermenters, and 20BBL bright beer tanks. To ensure smooth and efficient operations, the system also comes with a brewery CIP system and packaging equipment.
In addition, a small pilot brewing system was integrated to support test batches, recipe development, and seasonal or experimental beers. With a thoughtfully designed layout and reliable brewing equipment, Slow Lane Brewing is well equipped for consistent production and future growth.
Slow Lane Brewing is our fifth customer in 2019 year. The brewery is located in Sydney, Australia. In Oct.2018 year, Alex sent us the first inquiry about the 10BBL two vessel brewery equipment on website. Then we started the communication about his brewery setup project. It was very pleased communication with him throughout the whole process. He already had more than 10 years brewing experience before he starting the micro brewery.

After the initial inquiry, we began designing the brewery layout. Due to limited space on site, the fermenters were customized to be taller and slimmer than our standard models. The layout discussion took about three weeks, during which Alex and our team exchanged ideas back and forth, refining the drawings until both sides were satisfied. It was a smooth and collaborative process. By early 2019, the order was confirmed, and everything progressed step by step as planned. We also had a detailed discussion about the control panel wiring colors to meet Australia’s specific requirements.
As manufacturing neared completion, Alex arranged two inspections of the equipment. Both visits went smoothly and efficiently. We were especially impressed by Alex and his family — they were warm, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.
