Tiantai had the pleasure of supporting Precinct Brewing Co. with a complete 10BBL three vessel brewery equipment system(1BBL=117L). Designed to support both stable commercial production and recipe development, the brewery features a well-balanced and flexible setup tailored to Precinct Brewing Co.’s brewing goals.
The project is equipped with a 10BBL three-vessel brewhouse, along with a full range of auxiliary and cellar equipment, including a malt milling machine, 10BBL conical fermenters, 20BBL beer fermenters, and a 5BBL bright beer tank. To ensure efficient cleaning and packaging operations, the system also includes a brewery CIP system, keg washer and filler machine.
In addition, a 300-liter pilot brewing system was integrated to support small-batch brewing, recipe testing, and seasonal or experimental beer production. With a thoughtfully designed layout and reliable brewing equipment, the brewery is well positioned for consistent operation and future growth.
10BBL Three Vessel Brewery Equipment Introduction
A 10BBL three vessel brewery equipment usually refers to the brewing equipment used in the production of beer on a commercial scale. It is commonly used by small to medium-sized breweries and is an intermediate size between microbreweries and larger industrial breweries. It allows for a significant increase in production capacity compared to smaller systems, while still maintaining a level of flexibility and control over the brewing process.
The close contact with fermentation tanks brings some good experiences to customers and would be better to bring more customer flows.

♦ Horizontal mounted rotating racking arm and port in cone with butterfly valve
