In 2018, Tiantai had the pleasure of supporting Falling Piano Beer Brewery with a complete 10BBL four vessel brewery equipment system.(1BBL=117L) Located in Mexico City, the capital of Mexico, Falling Piano Beer Brewery officially opened its doors in 2019. With reliable equipment and a well-designed brewing system, the brewery quickly established itself as a vibrant destination for craft beer lovers in the local market.
In January 2018, the brewer from Falling Piano Beer Brewery traveled to China and visited our manufacturing facility in person. Following this visit, we spent nearly six months working closely together to discuss and finalize all technical details, including equipment configuration, brewhouse layout, and space optimization. The entire brewery system was custom-designed to perfectly match the on-site building conditions, ensuring smooth installation, efficient operation, and long-term brewing performance.
This 10BBL four vessel brewery equipment system mainly includes:
-Grain miller with flexible auger
-The four vessel 10BBL brewhouse unit based on quadrate;
-5 sets of 10BBL jacketed conical fermenters;
-5 sets of 20BBL jacketed conical fermenters, but special customized dimension to fit the building;
-Glycol cooling chillers: 2x8HP chillers
-Semi auto control cabinet
-Auto keg washer
-Plate filter
TIANTAI supply the brewery equipment and the installation service of the brewery equipment locally.
The 10BBL four vessel brewery equipment installation took about 3 weeks on site. Our engineer Zhou flied to Mexico city and helped the installation on site. A test beer brew was made on site as well before Zhou came back, just better ensure everything was in good condition.
