Overview of the 1000l Craft Brewery System
SpierBier Brouwerij is equipped with a complete 1000l Craft Brewery System, designed to support stable production, consistent beer quality, and future growth. The supplied equipment includes:
- 1000L brewhouse system
- 10HL stainless steel conical beer fermenters
- 10HL fermentation tanks
- 10HL bright beer tank
- Brewery CIP system
- Keg washer and filling machine
This configuration allows the brewery to manage the full brewing process—from wort production and fermentation to beer clarification and kegging—within a compact and efficient layout.
Equipment Delivery and Unloading
After production was completed, the brewery equipment was packed securely and shipped to the Netherlands. TIANTAI places great importance on packaging quality to ensure that all vessels and components arrive in perfect condition. Under TIANTAI’s remote guidance, the customer prepared all necessary tools and began unloading the equipment upon arrival. Thanks to the sturdy packaging and careful handling, the entire unloading process went smoothly, and the equipment arrived in excellent condition.
Installation and Layout Execution
All brewery equipment was positioned strictly according to the pre-confirmed layout drawing. A well-planned layout is essential for efficient workflow, safe operation, and ease of maintenance. TIANTAI provides two installation support options for customers:
- On-site installation by TIANTAI engineers, or
- Detailed installation instructions with support for a local installation team.
After evaluating both options, SpierBier Brouwerij chose to work with a local installation team while following TIANTAI’s comprehensive installation guidance. As shown during the installation process, the glycol cooling water pipelines were installed in an orderly and professional manner, ensuring reliable temperature control for fermentation.
Nearing Completion and Commissioning
As installation progressed, the brewery gradually took shape exactly as envisioned during the planning stage. From brewhouse vessels to fermentation tanks and auxiliary systems, every component fit seamlessly into the space. Once installation was nearing completion, the brewery was ready to move into commissioning and production.
