In 2021, TIANTAI had the great pleasure of working with Noodledoof Brewing Co. on the design, manufacture, and delivery of a 1000L 2-Vessel Brewery Equipment. This project marked another successful collaboration between TIANTAI and an Australian craft brewery, reinforcing our strong presence in the Australia and Oceania market.

Factory Inspection and Quality Control Of 1000L Brewery Equipment
Before shipment, representatives from Noodledoof Brewing Co. visited the TIANTAI factory in China to inspect the brewery equipment in person. This on-site inspection allowed the customer to review welding quality, tank finishing, fittings, and overall workmanship. The visit further strengthened mutual trust and ensured that all equipment met their expectations before delivery.
Shipment, Layout Design, and Installation Of 1000L Brewery Equipment
After final inspection, the brewery equipment was carefully packed and shipped from China to Australia. Once the system arrived at its destination, TIANTAI provided a detailed brewery equipment layout design, customized according to the site drawings and available space.
Following the layout plan, all vessels and auxiliary equipment were positioned correctly and prepared for installation. With successful installation and commissioning, the brewery was soon ready for operation.
First Brew and Successful Commissioning Of 1000L Brewery Equipment
After installation was completed, Noodledoof Brewing Co. brewed their very first batch on the new system. The smooth commissioning process and stable brewing performance confirmed the reliability of the 1000L 2-vessel brewhouse and fermentation system. Most importantly, the team celebrated by tasting freshly brewed beer—an exciting milestone for any craft brewery.
