Each tank is manufactured using premium-grade stainless steel and TIG automatically welded to ensure strong, clean, and consistent weld seams. This guarantees durability, structural integrity, and long service life.

Superior Internal Finish – 0.4 Micron Polishing

The interior surface is polished to Ra 0.4 microns, providing an ultra-smooth finish.

This allows for 360° cleaning without dead corners, significantly reducing contamination risk and ensuring sanitary brewing conditions—an essential requirement for modern craft breweries.

Efficient Cooling System with Automatic Temperature Control

The tanks are equipped with cooling jackets on both the side wall and the conical bottom.

This dual-zone cooling design ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout fermentation. Combined with automatic temperature control, brewers can precisely manage fermentation profiles, resulting in consistent flavor and improved yeast performance.

Flexible Manhole Configuration

To meet different brewery layout and operational preferences, the tanks offer optional manhole placement:

Optional Liquid Level Tube

An optional liquid level tube can be installed to help operators easily monitor the remaining beer volume in the tank.
