We are pleased to share that our craft brewery project in Côte d’Ivoire is progressing smoothly and has now entered the on-site installation and construction phase. The entire site is bustling with activity, and all work is being carried out in a well-organized and efficient manner.
This project features a complete craft brewery solution, covering the entire production process from raw material handling to final packaging. The system includes a malt milling system, 10,000L brewhouse system, 30,000L fermentation system, CIP cleaning system, yeast propagation system, utility water system, automation control system, steam system, filtration system, high-gravity dilution system, and bottling system. The comprehensive configuration and advanced technology are designed to meet the client’s demand for high-quality craft beer production.
Currently, large-scale installation and on-site fabrication work are in full swing. Our engineering team is working closely with local technicians to carry out precise installation and welding in strict accordance with the design drawings and technical standards. Every step—from piping connections and tank positioning to system integration—is being executed under rigorous quality control.
On-site welding plays a particularly critical role in this phase. All welding procedures are performed to high standards to ensure the integrity and reliability of the piping systems, providing a solid foundation for future operation. At the same time, we place strong emphasis on safety and schedule management, ensuring steady progress without compromising quality.
As the project advances, the brewery will gradually move toward full operational capability. Once completed, it will bring a wider range of high-quality craft beers to the local market and contribute to the growth of the regional brewing industry.
