Brewery Project Phase 1: The Blueprint–Maximizing Your Space
A successful brewery starts with a smart layout. Before any equipment arrived, our engineering team worked closely with Canada Brewery to create a detailed site plan. This image shows the initial site preparation phase. We utilized 3D modeling to find the most efficient layout, ensuring optimal workflow from the brewhouse to the fermenters. Our goal was to maximize their space for both current production and future expansion.
Brewery Project Phase 2: The Arrival–Equipment Delivery
The excitement builds when the container arrives! This photo captures the moment the equipment landed at the client’s site. Our team coordinated the logistics to ensure a smooth delivery. As you can see, the tanks are being carefully unloaded from the container. We provided detailed unloading guidance to ensure that all vessels–from the brewhouse to the fermentation tanks–were handled safely and efficiently upon arrival.
Brewery Project Phase 3–Installation&Commissioning
Precision is key during installation. Here, our local installation partner is positioning the vessels according to the pre-approved layout. Thanks to the detailed planning in Phase 1, the installation process was seamless. We ensured all connections–utilities, plumbing, and electrical–were perfectly aligned with the brewing success.
Brewery Project Phase 4–The Final Look–Ready to Brew
This is the final showcase image–the completed brewery, all polished up and ready to go. The space is transformed. You can see the final layout in action, with everything in its place. At this stage, we had already conducted the initial testing and training. The client was ready to start their first brew, turning their vision into reality.
