We at Tiantai recently had the pleasure of hosting a couple of clients from South Korea for the factory inspection of a 1000L brewery equipment set. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable, and the clients were highly satisfied with our equipment. The next steps will be shipping and installation.

If youāve purchased brewery equipment from China and plan to visit the factory for inspection, what should you pay attention to? Below, we share honest advice from the perspective of the factory and equipment inspection:

- Verify the manufacturerās name –Ensure the name of the factory you visit matches the one on your purchase contract. This confirms youāre dealing directly with the original manufacturer, offering fair pricing and direct service.
- Schedule efficiently –For a standard brewery equipment set, one full day is usually enough for inspection. Make sure the factory prepares in advance, including arranging necessary utilities like electricity and water.
- Check against your configuration list –Bring your equipment configuration list and verify that every component is present and accounted for.
- Confirm core component specifications –Pay special attention to key parts such as motors, pumps, and control panels to ensure their parameters align with your requirements.
- Review any special customizations –If you had specific requests when ordering, inspect those areas to confirm they have been implemented as agreed.
- Clarify shipping, installation, and warranty –Discuss logistics and installation details with the manufacturer, and reconfirm warranty terms and duration.

If you also need guidance regarding travel arrangements, dining, or cultural tips, feel free to reach out to us. Whether you purchased equipment from us or not, weāre happy to provide further information and assistance.
