This system is meticulously designed to cover the entire brewing workflow, integrating a full four-vessel configuration: a dedicated Mash Tun, a large-diameter Lauter Tun, a robust Brew Kettle for vigorous boiling, and a Whirlpool Tun for efficient trub removal. Complementing the hot side is a dual-batch Hot Water Tank(HLT) to ensure seamless brewing cycles.

Built from high-grade stainless steel, the brewhouse prioritizes both durability and hygiene. Standard configuration includes a spacious operating platform equipped with a sanitary hand sink, promoting safety and cleanliness during the brewing process. From the fundamental mash to the final runoff, every component is designed to give the brewer maximum control and visibility, laying a solid foundation for producing a wide range of beer styles with repeatable excellence.

The diaphragm valve before the 10L Grant gives you micro-control over wort velocity, preventing a stuck mash and maximizing efficiency. Paired with 6 x 1200L Conical Fermenters and 2 x 1200L Bright Beer Tanks, this setup provides a complete, seamless path from grain to glass.
