2000L Brite Tank & Chiller Shipped to Canada

We are excited to share another successful shipment from Tiantai—one custom-built 2000L Brite Tank together with a mobile glycol chiller has been completed and shipped to our customer in Canada. This equipment will support the expansion of a rapidly growing craft brewery, helping them increase production capacity while maintaining consistent beer quality.

2000L Brite Tank Built for Stability, Safety, and Professional Use

For this project, the customer requested several important customizations to meet their local site conditions and production needs. The final 2000L brite tank was specially engineered with the following upgrades:

✔ Higher Working Pressure — 3.0 bar
To support a broader range of packaging requirements and ensure stable carbonation performance, the tank’s working pressure was set at 3 bar, giving the brewery more flexibility for conditioning and bright beer storage.

✔ Thicker Internal Wall — Upgraded from 3mm to 4mm
To further enhance strength and durability under higher pressure operation, the tank’s internal wall thickness was upgraded from 3mm to 4mm. This ensures improved structural stability, longer lifespan, and safer long-term operation.

✔ Custom Bottom Support for Forklift Limitations
The customer informed us that the forklifts at their facility have limited fork length, which could make moving the tank difficult.
To solve this, Tiantai engineers added a reinforced bottom support structure, allowing the tank to be safely lifted and positioned even with shorter forklift arms.

Mobile Glycol Chiller with Added Convenience

Along with the brite tank, a glycol chiller was supplied for precise temperature control during conditioning and storage.
To improve usability in the customer’s facility, we added:

✔ Heavy-Duty Wheels

The chiller is equipped with industrial casters, making it easy to move between zones for cleaning, layout adjustments, or future expansion. This practical customization greatly improves workflow flexibility in the brewery.
