100L Pilot Brewing System Overview
The 100L pilot brewing system includes all the essential components required for a professional brewing process.
The brewhouse adopts a 2-vessel design, including a Mash/Lauter Tun and Kettle/Whirlpool Tun, which allows brewers to perform mashing, lautering, boiling, and whirlpooling efficiently.
The system is also equipped with three fermentation tanks, each fitted with cooling jackets and temperature controllers to ensure stable fermentation conditions. A compact glycol cooling system, including a small ice water tank and stainless steel chiller, provides reliable temperature control during fermentation.
To enhance flexibility and convenience, the entire pilot brewery is installed on a movable frame with wheels, allowing brewers to easily relocate the equipment when necessary.
