1000L Kombucha System Working Flow Chart

We are proud to share two recently completed projects that demonstrate our expertise in designing and installing professional kombucha brewing equipment. For one client, we delivered a comprehensive 1000L Kombucha System production line; for another, we supplied a 4000L large-scale kombucha fermentation vessel as part of their expansion plan. Below, we present the detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs) for both systems. These diagrams clearly illustrate how each piece of equipment is interconnected via sanitary piping, valves, and pumps to create a seamless, efficient, and hygienic workflow—from raw ingredients to finished, filtered kombucha.

By presenting these process flow diagrams, we offer our clients a clear roadmap of how raw materials are transformed into high‑quality kombucha—with every component working in harmony. Whether you are starting a new brewery or expanding an existing one, our team can design and install equipment tailored to your specific production goals.
